By using the My Balance website (including any subdomains and mobile experiences, the “Website”), you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website.

Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. General Conditions & User Conduct

All Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use the Website for unlawful purposes or attempt to hack, scrape, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, submit misleading information, collect personal information of others, or interfere with security features. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation.

Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, redistribution, export, or modification is prohibited without prior written consent. We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Website, products, services, or pricing at any time without notice. Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.

7. Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information is accurate. We may receive updated payment information from your issuer and update your account accordingly. You are responsible for all bank or card fees. If a payment is reversed or disputed, we reserve the right to invoice you directly.

8. Order Placement & Acceptance

Your order confirmation constitutes acknowledgment of receipt and does not signify acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion and may request additional information before processing. If an order is canceled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Subscriptions, Auto-Payment & Cancellation

Certain products may be offered as one-time purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency chosen until canceled.

Billing & Shipping: Billing and shipping occur at the selected cadence beginning on the enrollment date.
Change or Cancel: You may cancel at any time by accessing your account or by emailing support@meetmybalance.com at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or request an alternative payment method.

10. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

11. Delivery Confirmation

Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery, regardless of whether a signature is obtained.

12. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect item or an item arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy or contact support@meetmybalance.com for instructions.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, return requests must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

13. Social Media

My Balance does not control third-party social media platforms. Statements made by users are their own. We may use testimonials or user-generated content submitted to us for marketing purposes in accordance with these Terms.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY BALANCE, CALBRIDGE GLOBAL LLC, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $500).

16. Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of purchase by emailing support@meetmybalance.com

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Balance and Calbridge Global LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

18. Third-Party Websites & Links

We may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access such websites at your own risk.

19. Testimonials, Reviews & Other Submissions

Any content you submit, including reviews, testimonials, images, or ideas, may be used by My Balance worldwide, royalty-free, in any media, for marketing or promotional purposes.

20. DMCA Notice; Intellectual Property

All Website content is owned or licensed by My Balance and protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted except for personal, non-commercial use. DMCA notices should be sent to support@meetmybalance.com

21. Electronic Communications

By using the Website or providing information, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that such communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.

22. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

23. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

25. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Website at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, arbitration, and indemnification survive termination.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Balance.

27. Scratch & Win Promotional Program Terms

My Balance may include Scratch & Win cards as part of product packaging or promotional campaigns.

Eligibility: Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of My Balance or Calbridge Global LLC are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Play: Scratch designated panels to reveal prizes. Only original, untampered cards are valid.

Prizes: Prizes may include gift cards, discounts, free products (subject to minimum purchase), or cash-equivalent rewards up to $1,000 USD. Rewards are redeemable only on the My Balance website and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

Redemption: Claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days of order delivery. Proof of purchase may be required. One prize per household unless stated otherwise.

Verification: All claims are subject to verification. Decisions by My Balance are final.

Taxes: Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes or fees.

Delivery: Digital prizes are delivered via email. Physical prizes ship to the order address.

Fraud: Tampering or abuse voids eligibility. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel promotions.

Liability: Liability is limited to the retail value of the prize.
